The Concept

JOEY opened its first room in Calgary in 1992 as Joey Tomato’s, dropped the tomato in 2005 and grew into a Vancouver-based group with restaurants across Canada and the United States. The formula has never wavered: globally inspired comfort food, a bar program taken seriously and service drilled to a standard most casual rooms never attempt. The Rideau location adds a sushi counter and a theatre kitchen, so the cooking itself becomes part of the show.

What to Order
