It&#8217;s the closest the capital gets to a proper Parisian ap\u00e9ro.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"The_Concept\"><\/span>The Concept<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Cocotte plays the full French repertoire \u2014 modern, authentic, seasonally sourced \u2014 but the trick is the room&#8217;s rhythm. Breakfast bleeds into brunch, lunch into happy hour, dinner into a late-night card, so the bistro never really switches off.
