The formula has never wavered: globally inspired comfort food, a bar program taken seriously and service drilled to a standard most casual rooms never attempt. From the kitchen, the seared salmon sushi and truffle fries are what locals push on first-timers; steaks, blackened chicken and globally leaning bowls hold down the mains.
